In May 2026, Elacin France was awarded the EcoVadis ‘Committed Company’ badge, in recognition of its approach to social and environmental responsibility.
This award highlights our commitment to integrating environmental, social and ethical considerations into our practices and the development of our business. It marks a new stage in a process already underway at Elacin.
An assessment based on four main themes
EcoVadis assesses the quality of companies’ CSR management systems, taking into account their policies, the measures implemented and the resources used to monitor them.
The assessment covers four main areas:

the environment;

social issues and human rights;

ethics;
-
responsible procurement.
The ‘Committed Company’ badge recognises the approach implemented by Elacin France in these various areas. It does not constitute certification of the company or its products, but rather recognition of its CSR performance in accordance with the EcoVadis methodology.
An approach consistent with our sustainable development policy
Sustainability is an integral part of Elacin’s mission: to help protect hearing in the long term whilst reducing the environmental impact of our operations and solutions.
Our custom-made hearing protectors are designed to last for several years. They therefore offer a sustainable alternative to disposable hearing protectors, reducing the use of raw materials and the generation of waste over time.
This approach is accompanied by broader commitments relating, in particular, to:

Achieving the EcoVadis ‘Committed Company’ badge recognises the work already done, but is not an end in itself.
Social and environmental responsibility is based on a process of continuous improvement. Elacin France therefore wishes to use this assessment to further structure its actions, develop its practices and ensure that CSR considerations are embedded in its decision-making on a long-term basis.
This badge encourages us to keep moving forward with a clear ambition: to protect hearing effectively, whilst acting responsibly towards our staff, our customers, our partners and the environment.
