Our commitment to transparency and responsible AI
As we continue exploring new technologies, it’s important for us to stay open and thoughtful about how we use them. One of the tools we’re starting to use more is AI. It helps us work more efficiently, understand things faster, and improve the quality of what we do. But we also know AI comes with risks and unknowns, so we’re committed to using it in a clear and responsible way.
We’re not using AI to replace people or cut costs. Instead, we’re using it to support the personal connections that matter in our work. By handling routine tasks, AI gives us more time to focus on what really counts — thoughtful insights, creativity, and meaningful collaboration. We’re also following principles of Responsible AI, including the idea of the “three Hs”: helpful, honest, and harmless. These values guide how we use AI across all our projects, helping us stay aligned with what we believe in and making sure we use the technology ethically. AI has its strengths, but it also has limits. It doesn’t always pick up on context or human nuance, which is why we’ll always have people reviewing AI-generated content to make sure it’s accurate, thoughtful, and appropriate.
As we move ahead, it’s important we all stay on the same page, keep talking openly, and make sure our use of AI reflects our values and commitment to doing the right thing. By being open about how we’re using AI, we’re reinforcing our focus on trust and doing high-quality work.
