1. Can a cord be attached to every type of hearing protector? We supply a cord with the Compact FlexComfort and ClearSound as a standard accessory. A cord is available as an option for the other types, apart from the SafeSound. It is still in development.

Although they are interchangeable, we do not advise changing filters on a daily basis. There is a risk that the filter hole becomes flexible and reduces its grip on the filter. People who work in the food industry often make use of this option because, for example, safety regulations require the loss of personal protection equipment to be able to be quickly detected. The detectable (metal) ball in a hearing protector ensures that it can be found quickly using a magnet.

Radio phone connections are fitted with relatively large, heavy connectors, designed for 'thick' cables. The two cannot be combined. Separate handsets are available for most radio phones to which the SoloCom can be connected with a smaller connector. The advantage of this is that the SoloCom cabling is less obstructive.
