1. Can I change my order before it is delivered? That mainly depends on the type of hearing protector you have ordered. Each hearing protector is cut in a different way. Sometimes an impression has undergone so many cuts that it is impossible to produce a different type of hearing protector from it. In that case we would need a new impression. We recommend that you contact your supplier about this.

2. Can I order a pair of extra filters? You can do so through your supplier, or if you ordered directly from Elcea, through the Customer Service department.
